Purchases
In addition to the organic tees offered on-line, you may order any of our other products such as Switch Flops®, Big Feet Pjs, Vanity Fair lingerie, skin care products, and more (overstocks excluded). Just give us a call (607-377-5042) to place your order.

Payments
Simple Style gladly accepts Visa or Mastercard. Your credit will be charged when your order is shipped.

Shipping
Since our goal is to keep your cost at a minimum we will use standard shipping for your order via USPS or UPS. Express delivery services can be used on special request.

Your purchase may be shipped anywhere within the United States. Standard orders are processed in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays), pending card authorization and verification. Orders shipped standard delivery should arrive within 10-14 business days. Standard delivery requires a specific location address – cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

Shipping charges will be added to your order. We will communicate the total amount of your order by e-mail prior to shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
On-Line and Phone Purchases - Please notify Simple Style within 48 hours of receipt of your order if you wish to return or exchange an item. We will gladly accept your return or exchange within 15 days of this notification. Returns and exchanges will be processed through the same credit card as the original purchase. We do not keep credit card information, therefore please be sure to provide us with the information at the time of transaction.

In-Store Purchases – Ask about our in-store return policy.

Lingerie and Accessories - No returns or exchanges on these items.

Sale and Clearance Items – These items are non-refundable.

Special Orders – Special orders for Switch Flops® Bridal Collection may not be refundable. Please verify return policy prior to ordering.
